It's usually the stress of the digestive system experiences that makes it seem like you're reacting to everything so dairy is a big one which we've talked about before. And then you're going to blame carbohydrates like plenty of grains and grains aren't necessarily bad but pretty shitty produced grain some of the breads you get in supermarkets are so far removed from what bread is. You know they've got a emulsifiers in they've got large amounts of unsaturated fatty acids in that some of them are made with soyflowers, some of them have preservatives in them. It's a lot of things that can potentially irritate the gut.
