We take people out to lunch, and we have three people who are not part of the rest of the interview loop go out to lunch with the parson. We watch for how they treat the waiters. And if don't respect the waiters, i contact, be polite, then we assume that they don't respect people who don't have power over them. Our culture's all about belonging. So we're looking for peole that are warm and when to enjoy being around them. Ad so that's like a little kind of human behaviour that we look for.
