Isaiah, Is It a Taunt Against the King of Babylon?
In verse four, isaiahfor n talks about a taunt against the king of babylon. Sheol beneath is stirred up to meet you when you come, he says. It rouses the shades to greet you all who were leaders the earth. The idea is that we don't want your life after life to be really bad, and so we're going to try to set you up for a good one.
