Canola Oil and Alzheimer's Disease
Cooking with conolo produces high levels of betadine, benzine, aroline and other nasty compounds. It's horrible for heart. Disease in balance, inflammation all over the place. Canole oil should not be thought of as being equivalent to oils with proven health benefits. What can we do? Let's change it. Get rid of it. Look on the back of packages. Certainly don't use it.
