Are Infants Not Baptized? Or Are They Liable to the Responsibilities of the Gospel?

Tertullian says that infants should not be baptized. This is a very different type of argument than what you find say, in a common, a crato baptist position these days. He wanted to put off the baptism of infants, but it wasn't for the same reasons that we might find the baptist saying to day excellent.
