Do You Include Psychomotor Activity in Your Behavior?

The behavior portion of the exam looks at how a patient reacts to their environment. You also talk about any abnormal kind of things that they're doing, like tapping their feet or fidgeting. Do you file attitude under behavior or do you save that for somewhere else? I don't use that. That's sort of a typical term.
