The Role of Seniority in QA
Valerie: We're going to have quality stuff, but really defining on a specific level like what does quality in our trays look like? Do we have our indicators in place? Are containers free from damage? Do the contents match the count sheet and setting those expectations for what technicians are doing? And then you said you might have somebody go and do tray audits to check through those trays to make sure that we're meeting those quality standards. So in your department or any other department, who would typically be the one to do those quality checks? Someone like myself that's in a lead position or someone that'm in a senior position.
