ACE 1 increases the amount of bradicynin, which dilates blood vessels. ACE 2 is actually the receptor for COVID-19 and does the opposite of ACE 1. There's been questions about whether that affects people on anti-operative drugs or not. So far doesn't seem to be your relationship there but that was an initial thought.
