Nelson asked Clark how the church's public statements about no tithing funds being used for the city Creek Mall or for beneficial life could be consistent with the result withdrawals and for those projects according to Nelson Clark answered that funds for the City Creek Mall project were transferred from Anson Peak to property reserve in order to conceal the source of the funds okay so that is not quoting from it that is summarizing it in the opinion.
