The Importance of Choosing Your Career

When you're a teenager, it's the worst time to make decisions about your career. I've seen several of my closer friends take major pivots in their careers. Some people really plan out their careers, but I don't know how much their actual career matches their plans. We often go from role to role and we kind of think, well, that looks interesting. My daily life is spent on calls, Microsoft team scores, trying to persuade someone to do something they like. Now if that energizes you as a senior design person, then there's no reason not to get involved with those kinds of things.
