The Story of Lassaro Cardenas

Lassaro Cardenas was born in 1895. He joined the revolution as a teenager during the fight against Huerta. A smart, talented and courageous soldier, Cardenas advanced fast. After winning the election of 1934 with a cool 98.2% of the vote, it took him little time to assert his independence from L. Hefei Maximo.
