How to Avoid Traffic Jams
Change is unsettling and challenging the status quo brings attention that can feel at times completely overwhelming. The spectres that creep up on us and frighten us usually appear in the middle of the night if you're like me. We must keep moving forward, keep in line with our principles but let's not run at the first sight of a spectre. And thirdly, prevent the traffic jams. There are going to be things that hold us up or make us stop when we're going full flow. I'm afraid to tell you traffic will occur - it might even bring you down.
