B c is really an apprenticeship model, and you learned so much by being on the job. There haven't been a lot of opportunities like this, but there's been some situations where i've seen a really great deal. The worst thing is to get months into a deal and then now look back and be like, oshot, i forgot to look at the covenants that our fund has. This is something that we can't invest in because it doesn't meed x ior z covenant. It's a hundred % to do with however the fund was raised and whatever were promised to the investors.
