The Pressure of Keeping Your Brand in Check
Everything is tied to a number. So for the podcast, it's like how many downloads does it get? Did it get enough views for an Instagram post? Do it get enough likes and comments? And so you do have to try your best because there's sometimes like the algorithm is not in your favor or just like whatever happens that day, it's just not it doesn't get what it's supposed to get. There is so much pressure of the success of it. When it's out of your hands, it's definitely frustratingBecause you put so much work into creating something great. And sometimes it just doesn't perform.
