Did He Pick the Right Fat?
He came out with what was known as the diet heart hypothesis that diet was related to heart disease. He just, in my opinion, picked the wrong fat. It's not become clear until much later that different fats and different fatty acids can have widely divergent effects on the human body. So the early demonization that we got of fat was in error.
