Are There Any Signs of Weakness?

I think it's both nervousness and uncertainty i think that if you look at the regime it is in more control of kind of the nodes of power. The ones that can't control it's entirely able to suppress for the most part but at the same time it also feels kind of the fragility of its power. I think they are going to continue to exert this more formal obvious power but they're going to do so in a very sloppy and ugly and uncomfortable and incompetent way. Change comes to weak regimes not strong regimes.
