I think too many people, whether you want to call it bro science nonsense or not, they really do think that they're going to burn muscle by fasting. And as we both know, all the studies say it's complete nonsense. It's provided that you're getting enough calories and that six hour and enough protein enough to such fatty acids. But the reality is I've never lost any muscle doing fasting ever. Anything I'm leaner, I have more density. So there's no question that misfully for the misperception that you are going to lose muscle or you know, be in catabolic state is bullshit.
