Onboarding Doctors - What Are Their Salary Expectations?

I like to find out what motivates the doctor. Everyone has a very different motivating factor and having them self reflect a little bit on it and actually come up with their true motivation really helps set this stage for their expectations of the office. I also like to know their salary expectations because we kind of believe in the philosophy of you eat what you kill in the office. So those are all big portions that I like to have realistic expectations just to make sure that we're going to have a good fit moving forward before we really get married in the practice.
