Feedback to Buyers

I have a lot of bad impression on a lot of buyers and the buying question is like they ask very genuine question like how much this product is doing what is it? I would need a tech stack. These questions shouldn't be asked at all becauselike all the information are already available on the listing. Yeah so I think that's the bad impression. So my future just like future all of those people that ask very basic questions like that.
