Riht: You don't completely revolutionize your research process, especially if you know there is a good standard process. Riht: It's kind of easy to make research findings enjoyable by just opening up the world of what users do and say. i'd have everybody just watch like three minutes of 20 different people doing a task, and then we'd start sketching. And this wasin 19 93. We do stolp like this to day, but our technology is much better about organizing it and talking about it and things like that. But these, these things make it so fun, and it makes it fun for the team to move forward. Also makes them more confident.
