I Think It's a Case That Gets Fully Briefed and Fully Argued in the Supreme Court
There's a real political agenda here. The assumption that somehow or other, trump could not have eclaimed this privilege if we were still in office is wildly overstated. If it's a question of which president gets to do it, why would we ever say that the president whose deliberations were involved could have no say over whether or not those things remain confidential? So i think that the whole thing was just wrong. And any get, anybody named trump other than trump, i think this is a case that gets fully briefed and fully argued in the supreme court, rather than just gets a one page dismissal.
