He was charged in 2008 with burglary and a theft charge as well. The theft charge was eventually expunged from his record. That was juvenile, but the he still got the Megan's law thing going on. So apparently that you don't age out of that. Timothy can't feel this. Why is that word so much fun? It's a hilarious word. I told him clear his day pointing in his face. My mommy's a pervert.
