I think for me meditation a lot of the time means praying and prayer. And amongst other things too, I like to exercise. To me that's another thing that keeps my mind really healthy and also keeps my body really healthy. So being able to trust people around you is important to me. Being able to give everybody the benefit of the doubt until they prove me wrong."
