There's an in between basically that we usually try and go for which is someone who has the experience. There's like a kind of senior person who wants to look at dashboards all day. We want like senior people who can still get their hands dirty, can still like write an SQL query. And for some other roles that we're probably behind for, we need like experiencing your people who are also still very strong ICs - individual contributor.
