Canadian Security and Prosperity Partnership

The Canadian Council of Chief Executives released a document in January 2003 which they called the North American Security and Prosperity Initiative. The SPP has met twice in a leaders' summit once in Waco, Texas in March 2005 And once in Cancun, Mexico in March 2006 We'll get more into that later.
