Horoco and Hiroko - What's the Difference?
Horoco teams follow a total ownership model. If the thing breaks at three o'clock in the morning and your on call, well, your team is responsible for it. They see, that's part of te ro culture. That's something tat kind were proud of. No system, no design, no approach is perfect. Everything has its prose in its cons but yet, like, you know, we have our own so of release tooling. We sort of consume our own dog food as well.
