Decentralization Is the Key to Freedom on the Internet
I think what we need to fight for ultimately is an internet that is free of hegemonic government control. The president of mexico, andres manuel lopez obrador, delivered a speech two weeks ago where he said it was increasingly dangerous that the united states can exert its control over the internet. But i do see continuing freedom on line. There'll always be people who are innovating and and finding ways of communicating with one another in a way that can't be controlled by these hedrmonic forces. Thank you so much.
