What Is a Problem?
A problem has to be very severe so much that a customer wants a solution desperately. It must also be unique, meaning that it hasn't occurred in the past or some competitor hasn't tried working o it faild fast. The fourth thing is very important, there has to be a causality. How do you go and experiment? Go out experiment. Do some form a hypothesis, test a hypothesis out ant then enor a day, we need to figure out if there's is to be causality between the problem and actually a thing that's causing the problem.
