Is There a Variable Loading Time Between Cutscenes?

Alessandro: The whole scene is built up of like a few little cut scenes that you're loading between. And one of the issues is obviously some computers are faster than others. So we couldn't we couldn't guarantee the amount of loading time between because you're seeing different places from the world of and so obviously you have to do it like a scene load in order to show each new place. But that now has a variable length of time because for you it might take point to five seconds to load, but for somebody on a slower computer, maybe it takes a full second to load.
