Why Would You Use a Buyer's Agent?
Raj: Buyer's agent is another person in your team acting on your behalf. You could go to the bank and probably get the same rate. But where the weather, but you're going to be dealing with a member of staff at that bank that gets paid a salary. A good broker is going to look after you throughout your loan term. So does it not provide for a broker? Does it not mean there's another cog in the wheel that can potentially complicate things?
