What Is the Connection Between Nutrition and Life Style Habits?

In my new book, i'm trying to help people understand the connection of these nutrition and life style habits and environmental things with our energy. For example, circadian rhythm, how that ties into mitochondrial function. How much fat and muscle you have, ties directly into your mito chondral function through things like insolent resistance and oxidative stress. What's going on in our gut has a huge impact on our mitochondria. So hence we start to under stand these different mechanisms which affect our body composition and our brain health.
