Ukraine urgently need to tighten its air defenses and continue exporting grain via the Black Sea, President Zelensky told British Prime Minister Rishi Sunak. In response, Sunak said that Britain hopes to restore the Black Sea Grain Deal and is carefully monitoring Russian ships on the trade route. Russia launched a drone attack on a Ukrainian grain storage facility just 200 meters away from Romania. Putin has raised the age limit at which Russian reservists can be mobilized to 55 in an apparent attempt to boost troop numbers. The changes will be gradually rolled out over a four-year period until they are eventually by law until they are 70.
