The Effects of Smell Retraining on COVID

Eating simple meals that don't have a lot of sauces, seasonings can make food quite smelly. Some people are doing what's called smell retraining and it's essentially where they like smell really strong concentrated scents such as citrus or eucalyptus. The risk seems fairly low in the grand scheme. We're not ingesting anything. It's all external. So pretty safe in the grand schemes.
