How to Ensure Effective Communication and Collaboration Between Teams During Scaling

YS is now 5,000 people strong. How do you think it's best to ensure effective communication and collaboration between teams during this scaling process? You just can't underestimate the importance of both sides having a voice in giving feedback, whether it's feedback on a plan or feedback on a behaviour or something. We hold team calls across the organisation every two weeks. We have mission days where we bring all of our employees together twice a year. And then simple things like documenting your processes,. using things like design thinking that I mentioned earlier, these working groups, all of these are, you know, rituals which encourage collaboration beyond scale.
