Should We Buy China?
At this juncture, the exchange market has already gained almost 50%. The A shares have much less gain, but still that's quite decent. We're now at the bottom of the economic cycle and the recovery tends to last more than three months. Therefore, I would say that there should be more upside to the current rally. But having said that after the transition, so when we moving into the second quarter in early April and March, it tends to have a risk of correction during that time.
