The Dangers of Hair Care Products
Tresume Carriton hair care contains something called DMDM Hydrantonin, which is quote, a formaldehyde donor. Scientists have been warning about the possible dangers of it since as early as the 1970s. The longer the preservative sits around or if it's subjected to warm temperatures, the more likely it is for the amount of formaldehyde in it to be released. Other studies have found that the preservative can cause dermatitis. This could possibly explain the accusations of hair loss and increasingly irritated scalps.
