Is There a Right to Abortion?
The idea is that abortion is this liberty that should just be beyond the reach of government. The reason why we have not seen a wider range of argument supporting the abortion right is simply because the court, in deciding row, decided it on substantive due process grounds. In later cases like ginsburg you begin to see an argument that the right to terminate a pregnancy is absolutely essential to sex equality.
