You have people at the hospital systems that are have knee jerk reactions to call a DCFS or certain communities. We are birthing our children in this environment. She says she's created a community birth companion for families who need help with their babies. Shiloh: Through these same vision, women haven't been able to get free care with doulas like they used to.
