Is Tastium Bromide Carcinogenic?
Diane's husband likes to bake bread, and he milk his own wheat berries. A grain store that sells bulk products opened up selling 50 pound bags of oxidant flour. Tastium bromide may be a carcinogen in it called Tastium Bromide. Diane: Why use that flour when you can buy non-bromated flour? There's so many local mills now making great flour.
