Wain: John the baptist was one of those people that was disturbed by jesus. Wain: If you've never been offended by him, you've got not gotten close enough yet. He fails to meet your expectations, not because there's anything wrong with him, but because our expectations are wrong. And here's another example of how real the bible is, that it tells us that part of john as well.
