The vast majority of people that i'm talking to here are people who are already starting with an unhealthy relationship with food. And advice will differ based on where you are, ind your own, you know, fitness journey. However, there are people who go from having agan, a pretty well balanced diet, eating a fair amount of nutritious foods. Maybe the the they could stand some improvement, but certainly better than your average westerner. They then learn about calories and macrols, and they learn about some meal manipulation, saving up calories, s may be intermittent fasting, or just fasting in general. It can get into a situation that starts to look like, in a couple of cases
