How to Onboard a New Employee

In Denmark, you get an envelope with your IT code of conduct. You get a booklet of your values and different kind of information. And on that contract, there is a link to a special page where you sign up and create an account. In other countries, you get just an email with a link to this page. So the approach you've chosen seems really interesting. It can be really interesting to see here. Another year, of course, is that you start the onboarding process before they started work at their new company. I'm working with a similar tool that at 10 weeks is a program you have to go through.
