In the west, this is something that in the west sounds like some horrible sa. You know, same as sitting in the lotus position, we used to do little er chaws just to keep the meditation centre. It wasn't like scrubbing floors on your hands and knees. Itwas very simple stuff, sweeping and things like that. One of the things i took to doing was looking at t ants and looking at what they were doing. And there's a few podcasts about ants, you know, if anyone's interested,. They are just remarkable creatures. Build. They can create a bridge by working together. It's making on regin out o themselves, a bridge out of themselves
