Is There Still a Range When Differentiating Heat Illnesses?

There's an absolute cap, which is why some athletes eand these ultra merith honers, or whatever, that are used to running hundred k events will end up being ill. Data shows that just like one or two hours of heat exertion per day, over around two weeks, will vastly improve your acclimatization. Now that quite a few of these, if people who are really at the top of their game, can still get heat stroke, but they're less likely because their bodies have adapted to this overtime.
