There's actually a decent number of studies showing no meaningful effect of, like, pretty heavy alcohol consumption whe when it comes to recovery from exercise. The more strenuous the activity gets and the more skilled it gets, the more likely that you're going to suffer a little bit from that heavy alcohol intake. One or two drinks, i'm starting to feel really confident that, you know, i just can't see that having a huge impact on training the next day if we're talking about a drink or two.
