Soka Gas Breaks Rules in California Public Utilities Commission

Soka gas has been banned from participating in a state and federal energy efficiency programme. The programme allows utilities to use money from their customers to help promote stricter energy efficiency codes for buildings and appliances. But sokhal gas was spending it actually not promoting stronger cose standards.
