I think it's too early to tell. Whether it's realistic or not, i think it's subject to debate. One concern i have is that if it ever were to be realistic, i worry that people that believe in their gut that it's not realistic wouldn't actually come around to support it. I am putting out there that even if it was enough for our carbon problem, that wouldn't actually make anyone any less resistant about statusqa.
