Coach, You're a Phenomenal Connector

i saw the moment that you came into coach was that you were a phenomenal connector i could tell just by the way you talked. And yet i saw you doing a lot of other things that just seemed to frustrate you and didn't seem to produce the real results. You are very much identifying what you call unique ability, and helping them really narrow in on that and take it seriously. But simultaneously giving up all the things that they hate and getting them to continually fill their life with just what they're good at.
