What's Going on in the Sales Team?

Sidney: Sales has become, in many organizations, this entirely self sufficient machine write. Where we're marketing is really just, like, actually just an extension of sales. As horrible as that sounds, ye, it's jarring to hear. 'Oh, now all these leads are coming in, and now all of a sudden they're going to be high quality' And so i want to creati an entirely new process, motion and mind set around receiving these supposedly high intent leads in a more frictionless manner. I think we have to go back in time to where sales and marketing historically have kind of come from.
