Are You Taking Positions Out of the Equation?
i wondered whether you at any point in the process went or tried to go a bit further in just completely taking positions out of the equation. The thing we call the pacer, we also call a sanburs terit, which is really just series of nested pie charts. They sound like positions, but they're not. That is the algrms didn't know who was a winger or who was a midfield or anything like that. These are entirely derived from touch data, from stats. But it was important that it not be based on a, their, you know, tactical role, on the notation of the team sheet.
